Returns and exchange details

Most pillow covers are made-to-order and due to the nature of vintage textiles, returns and exchanges are not possible. There may be spots, marks, color variations, smudges, lose strings and/or patches. While they add to the authentic nature of the textile, please review all photographs before purchase and contact us with any questions!

When will my order ship out?

Already made items ship out between 1-3 days after payment is processed.

Most items are made to order and approximate lead time takes approximately 1-2 weeks to ship.

Shipping

We ship through USPS for both US and International orders. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, unless specifically noted. Shipping rates are calculated based on the original retail price/full order value.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping INCLUDING international duties, taxes and fees. 

Please note your order may encounter delays once shipped with USPS due to COVID-19, increased shipping volume or inclement weather which is out of our control.
